Common questions before you download
Is medical cost sharing insurance?
No. This medical cost sharing plan is not insurance. Members share eligible medical expenses under community guidelines. There is no guarantee that eligible expenses will be shared. An ACA plan is regulated health insurance; sharing is not.
How do I get a quote or talk through my options?
Download the checklist first, then request a short video call or phone call with Chuck using the form (or call him directly). He’ll walk through what fits your situation without pressure.
How does the call work?
Chuck meets people by video call or phone call (video first when it works for you), usually from home. It’s a conversation about your situation — not a hard sell. You can ask questions about ACA plans and medical cost sharing side by side.
What about pre-existing conditions?
Rules vary by option. ACA plans cover pre-existing conditions. Medical cost sharing often has lookback periods and phased sharing. Chuck will walk you through how that applies to you — this page doesn’t invent plan-specific rules.
Where isn’t medical cost sharing offered?
Medical cost sharing through Chuck isn’t offered in California, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, or Florida. Those states are left out of the form on purpose.
